As an Operations Associate, you’ll be working directly with the operations team to support the trade lifecycle, ensure smooth processing, and help streamline workflows. Trade Lifecycle Support. Assist with the end-to-end trade processing lifecycle, including trade capture, matching, settlement, and reconciliation across various asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
Trade Settlement. Ensure timely settlement of trades, ensuring all information is correctly matched and confirmed. Monitor trade settlement status and follow up on any discrepancies or delays.
Reconciliation. Help perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between trading platforms, custodians, and brokers. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Client Interaction. Provide operational support to our US-based asset management clients, addressing queries related to trade processing, settlement, and trade issues. Communicate trade status updates and escalation points as necessary.
Data Entry and Documentation. Maintain accurate trade records and documentation, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards. Process trade amendments and corrections where necessary.
Process Improvement. Work closely with the operations and technology teams to help identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the trade workflow and suggest improvements.
Reporting. Help generate regular and ad-hoc reports related to trade activities, settlements, and reconciliations for internal stakeholders and clients.

Experience. 2+ years of experience in trade operations, preferably within a financial services, investment management, or FinTech environment. Experience with US-based clients is a plus.
Technical Skills. Strong knowledge of trade processing, trade matching, and settlement workflows. Familiarity with trade platforms (e.g., Geneva, Investran, Eagle, or similar) is desirable.
Attention to Detail. Excellent attention to detail, especially when managing large volumes of trades, matching data, and ensuring accuracy in trade settlement.
Communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to provide clear updates to clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Problem-Solving. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in trade processing or settlement.
Team Player. A collaborative, team-oriented approach, working effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
